Welcome to our Whistleblowing Channel

You can use our Internal Reporting Channel to report suspected misconduct and irregularities in our organisation.

The purpose of our reporting channel is to provide a safe way to report any regulatory breaches that fall within the scope of the Whistleblower Protection Act 2/2023, as well as to provide further protection to individuals who report regulatory breaches in good faith.

What can you report?

When submitting a case, you must have valid reasons to believe that the information submitted is correct at the time of case submission.

The reporting channel aims to prevent and detect fraud, corruption, illegal activities and non-compliance with rules in various areas. This may also include illegal, unethical or harmful activities that may negatively affect others. For example:

  • Financial crime and fraud
  • Corruption and bribery
  • Environmental crimes or risks to health and safety
  • Deliberate violations of the law

The misconduct does not have to be current or ongoing; past misconduct can also be reported.

The purpose of this service is not to express dissatisfaction with working conditions, organisation or management, or conflicts in the workplace. Allegations of misconduct that affect only the complainant or his or her employment situation are generally not considered to be complaints.

Your case

The case you send should contain the following information:

  • The type of misconduct you wish to report.
  • Where did it take place.
  • When it happened. Mention the time and date and whether it is recurrent.
  • Documentation in any format, if you have access to it. If you do not have access but know that such documentation exists, include what type of documentation it is and where it can be found.
  • Details of any other action you have taken in relation to the misconduct.

¡Attention! It is important that you read and understand the contents of the Data Privacy link before submitting your case. Personal data that is not clearly relevant to the case should not be submitted. If you do submit such information, we may delete it without informing you.

External complaints

It is also possible to report misconduct externally to a competent body that can receive and provide information and follow up on cases of whistleblowing and, where appropriate, to EU institutions, bodies or agencies.

Anonymity

You will remain completely anonymous when submitting a report, unless you voluntarily provide personal information. You are not required to provide any personal information.
